There Was No AFL Grand Final in 2020 Digital Book

$2.00 AUD

The grand final of Australian Rules has been played in Melbourne pretty much since the games inception. It has been played away from the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) only a a handful of times, the last being 1993. COVID-19 changed the way we live a lot. Between lockdowns and bubbles, the games were played and the grand final was held in Queensland at the GABBA.

With this COVID-19 disruption to our lives, the way were entertained definitely changed a lot. This zine is a representation of this. The landscape around the 'Home of Football' was bleak and so different compared to the normal fanfare that would assume such an event. This once in a lifetime chance to observe a landscape devoid of its customary glam and colour was so fascinating.

Thanks so much for looking and I hope you enjoy.
